Click tab and near bottom you can select "mirror image" or in your case, I believe it is already checked. So un-check it. Windows: Click Start - > Devices & Printers -> Right Click XP-325 Icon -> Select Preferences -> Page Layout Tab -> Uncheck "Mirror Image" If already unchecked, then your screen-shot application must have it selected in application options.
