ES5473 - Restrict color printing by password or some other way. Possible?

Hi guys,

There is an OKI ES5473 and a director wants to restrict color printing by password or some other way.
Computers in the network are not domain joined and there is no dedicated print server.

Please advise if it is doable (no matter if using built-in features or using 3rd-party product).
