ET-2800 leaving lines and smudges

i have a ET-2800 that is set up to do sublimation. When I run a Siser Easysub sheets through it it is leaving lines and smudges. I have run this type of paper before and they came out fine. Anyone have ideas how to correct this problem. I have run through every step in Maintenance twice and still have the problem.
