Epson ET-2800 Setup

Hello and thanx for any help you can offer. I just bought an ET-2800 and there are several setup options that are confusing me. I have checked the manual and their website, but have come up empty. So if you know the answers please share:

1) What is Quiet Mode?
2) What is A4/Letter auto switching?
3) What is Paper size & type switching (under ERROR NOTICE)?
4) What is Paper setup AutoDisplay?
I wouldda thought the manual would explain these things. Thanx much for any insight.

Quiet mode runs slightly slower but at a much quieter decible level. A4/Letter auto switching is self detecting for which media you've inserted. Not sure about error notice. Autodisplay will pop the menu up on the printer when it detects new media being inserted.
