I've never been happy with this printer. The setup document referred to inserting a CD - which never came with it - and even downloading the driver takes you eventually to the same instruction "insert cd etc".
Does anyone know how to factory reset this model? I've decided to settle for a USB link to a desktop, but all attempts to get this done (after a recent desktop reinstall of windows 10 have failed. I think a factory reset is the best chance of getting there.
