I have owned this laser MFC machine since new (longer ago than I can remember) and it continues to perform well, but I want to remove the drum to inspect it for something which is causing a small smudge mark on printed material.

(The smudge mark appears at various points on printed pages, hence my suspicion that it is caused by something on the drum.)

After numerous Google searches on this topic, I have found nothing. Hopefully, someone on this Forum can help!
