How to find printer tray codes

Hi

I have an application that prints to a printer type and its specific tray.
To print to a specific tray, I require the tray codes.

Now, how do I know the real tray code for a printer type?

Suppose, today I have my app successfully running with :-

1. Ricoh

2. Xerox

Now, new printer type comes: Epson

Now lets say, I wish to map Epson tray codes in my application.

I hope I am not the first person in the planet looking for this information.

How do I find the tray codes?
