Hi, this may be long. Anyone with some trial any error may be of help. No good black test print. Not any kind of file text printing.
Cleaned cartridges. re-installed all drivers via "Driver Support" download. Now scanner works good. (before it was only photo size,even at 8 X 11 setting ) But Printer functions do not work. Went to tools,test prints come out in only a few colors and no black, all fails. Hp wants you to call tech support. they required a $149.99 payment. Ha! my printer cost $80. No fool. Can anyone see a solution?
