HP Deskjet F380 and Android

How can I print from a Samsung Galaxy Tab4 tablet running Android 5.0.2 via an USB CABLE to a HP Deskjet F380 printer. The printer does not support wireless printing ?

If possible how do I set it up ?

If not possible what must I do to make it possible ?
