my Printer is coming up with an error message "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in instant ink"
The printer is six months old and I enrolled in the instant ink scheme at the time of purchase.
I have checked my account and I am enrolled in the scheme. I have even tried changing routers to no avail!
I am desperate! so any help would be much appreciated.
