My wife has a HP envy photo 6252 printer. The printer keeps asking for her to load paper. I have been able to print printer tests with no problem but when trying to print two lines of text it wants the paper loaded. Its already loaded. Tried everything they have suggested but nothing works. Can't ask them because their robots don't understand when asking stuff like "can print tests, paper loaded, printer wants paper loaded". I tried the hp support but its nasty and virtually impossible to get to their forum.
