HP Laserjet 3055 problem: ADF door is open

Hello,

I'm new here.

I have HP Laserjet 3055. When I turn it on, it shows this:


When I try to photocopy a page, it doesn't do this.
Can I please ask how I can fix this problem?

Hey, looks like your HP 3055 is stuck on “Scanner Error 5.” That usually means the scanner lamp or motor is faulty or jammed. Try unplugging it for a few minutes, then plug back in. If that doesn't work, it might need a repair or scanner unit replacement.
