HP OfficeJet4630 Printing Wrong Sizes

I am trying to print trading cards. I printed a test one on the a regular sheet of white paper and the size was perfect. Next day I filled a page with 9 cards, printed them onto card stock, and it cut off the top of the page and also made the cards bigger than I wanted (and bigger than it printed the day before on regular paper.)

I had messed with the margin settings on MS Word in order to fit those cards on the page. Is the issue I'm having the result of that or the result of using card stock? Or something else entirely? I'm completely baffled.
