J'ai une imprimante Epson XP-520 qui jusqu'alors fonctionnait très bien sur mon PC, aujourd'hui l'imprimante fonctionne bien mais par contre il m'est impossible de scanner un document, en passant directement par mon imprimante elle fonctionne mais pas en passant par mon PC, un message apparaît, j'ai besoin d'aide pour résoudre ce problème
