Kyocera 4550ci (DF 7120) finisher and staple issues

I have never used the staple or the finisher so I thought it was the time to do it but when I try it came up a tex message.

Cannot use Staple due to a failure and Cannot use finisher functions due to failure.

I have disconnected the finnisher and connected it agail but the same issue so I was wondering what the issue can be, it has no sound or even go up and down.

Well I am no expert and I just want to know what I can do to fix it, thanks

The finisher is called Kyocera DF 7120

I just want to say that I pushed the button on my panel Status and I have a Kyocera 4550ci, and I put in these numbers Maintenance mode - Enter “10871087” using the numeric keys

After this I got to U906 and pushed enter and enabled the finisher and now it works like a charm, but first after a restart. thanks
