Kyocera ECOSYS MA3500cifx how to setup scan from a PC to printer ?

Dear folk

I bought recently Kyocera ECOSYS MA3500cifx printer and I installed the driver for it which I thought it will be working for both printing and scanning but I didn't get I utility showing on my desktop for scanning,,,,,,print I can print no issue

When I googled I found all options are configure scanning via SMB means from the printer we scan to a shared folder on a PC ? Is this the only option available to such a printer ??

what I am after scanning from a desktop PC windows 11 to the scanner
