Hello,
I'm currently trying to service a printer we have that is smudging and runining pages it prints.
I'm stuck on removing the process unit (page 4-15 figure 4-27 if anyone has access to the service manual), i've followed the instuctions and the part feels loose enough to move around slightly however i've been unable to draw it from the device.
I've removed both screws, disconnected the connector and pulled the release lever yet it feels as if i've missed something- myself and a colleague still could not remove the unit using a reasonable amount of force.
If anyone could shed any light on this i would be very grateful. If I haven't provided enough information then please let me know.
