L18050 print smearing on exit rollers

Hi - Bought an Epson L18050 for some graphic printing on A3 vinyl Labels. however the ink is not drying up fast enough and is spreading and mixing even after the paper exits and kept for drying . Also there are two small rollers in the exit ( which keeps the exiting paper down) that causes a drag mark of the wet ink vertically. Any idea ? how this cam be correctly printed. I have tried many suggestions available on google
