Hi, we have had this printer for 11 months and it worked fine but recently found each of our PCs/laptops could not connect as the printer is reported to be offline - has anyone come across this issue before? I recently changed Wifi and the printer is connected to this, and run Windows 10. I managed to upgrade the firmware to the latest version using the Embedded Web Server but we just cannot connect and print. I suspect it is a driver issue but have been downloading the latest driver for this OS (and 64-bit to match the PC) with no luck. Can anyone advise what else to check, this is driving me mad!! Thanks
