My HP C5280 printer/scanner was scanning and then converting the scan from what was in essence a picture, to a normal text suitable for editing in Documents. But after not using it for six months it now refuses to do the conversion to a normal text. I don't know much about scanners so would someone please advise me what to do. Do I need to plug in a disc to grt the printer/scanner working again?
