New Toner - No Luck. Maybe you can help out.

The original Toner has this Sticker attached. The new Toner got this Chip on the second Picture.

None of the new toner cartridges are recognized by the printer. Furthermore, placing the toner cartridges is difficult and requires some pressure. Could these be the wrong toner cartridges for my device?

I selected the toner according to the exact printer name.

Maybe one of you has an idea.

Could be the wrong toner version, even small model differences matter. If it’s hard to fit and not recognized, I’d try a different brand or stick to OEM.

First of all, thanks for the answers.

Yes, I know the original toners are the best and unfortunately also the most expensive. I'm still hoping for an answer to my problem with the chip.

Do any of you have the same printer or experience with the device?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong with the toners when inserting them.

Even when I use the original toners again, I'm having problems. Yellow and pink fit well, but cyan is problematic and jams when inserted. I only have the replacement black toner. It fits, but it's not recognized. Black would be enough for me. I don't print in color anyway.

If you use compatible cartdriges you can damage the transfer belt or developers.
Most compatible toners do not have the proper density and could mecanichaly stress the toner adding mechanism within the transfer belt and damage it. Also consider that could not empty the developers from bad toner because there are a fuse in it that blows away. This fuse is mounted iinside developer in a position that you cannot access to fill with toner. Thats why new developers are filled with toner from factory. I speak from my experience with those machines.
