I did this in case it was a resource issue on my laptop. Finally, I restarted my computer, with Brother Software uninstalled already & installed it to success! The issue disappeared. What you may try, is to uninstalled "iPrint&Scan" for the last time, check the software folders, APPDATA folders, and any directories with mention to the software to delete them. This is what I did before restarting my computer. Also make sure no other programs are running that can effect your computer's resources, such as browsers. [/QUOTE]
