From the time I press the print black button until the copy comes out is One minute twenty seconds. That has got to be a new record. Printing from the computer is almost instantons. The instruction I get from Brother to change the default copy quality from BEST to Normal does not apply to my printer I follow the instructions, when instructed to change to Normal, it is grayed out. I can change the quality on a single copy only. Make a copy of another page and it has reverted to BEST. I want Normal to be the default. I have the latest drivers installed. Please help.
