Printer prints perfect test prints on both black and white and color. If I send a black and white document to the printer marked as a black and white, it prints out the document covered with colored smears over two thirds of the page. If I send it marked as a color document it prints out fine. I have cleaned the corona wires, removed and replaced the toner cartridges after shaking them but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
