MFC-T4500DW not listing color and black prints

I work in a school and we have a leasing contract for our printers. We have to periodically provide the leasing company with a report with the number of pages printed. So, we have this Brother MFC-T4500DW printer. Since the value per print is different for colored and black prints, we need a report that segregates each type of print, but it's proving to be very difficult to do so in the printer's options.

Does someone have this same printer, or has had a similar difficulty that can help me?
