I have a curious problem with this printer. I received this unit with a jam problem but when I try the fax, the situation that I've find was that the paper was going out blank and the printer always give me an error message for a Tray 1 paper jam, but the paper was not jammed.

I've cleaned all the sensors including the small one over the tray 1. I even dismount this sensor to check if a piece of paper was not stuck in this sensor. Everything is OK on that part.

Does anyone have an idea because my next step will be to open completely the unit to check what's happens.

Here's an update with my problem.
First, I've made an error with the model of the printer it's a MFC8710dw rather than a MFC8210dw. Second When I go in Maintenance mode, the sensors checked good, so I've replaced the main pcb but the problem is still present. I always received a JAM TRAY 1 error message and my sheet always get out blank and there's no paer jam in the machine.

I hope someone will gave an idea before I'll have to csrap the printer.
