My Canaon MB5155 has started to miss out chunks of text, for instance from a Word document or email. The few lines that it prints are at the top or bottom of the document. There are no error messages. The ink tanks are full and a nozzle check shows that they are all working. The paper is passed through as normal. There is no mention that can find in the user manual.
I'm running Windows 10 at the moment, soon to go over to Windows 11.
Any ideas, please?
