My old OKIPAGE 24 laser printer does not print data sent to it. It just empties out the contents of the paper tray without any print on the pages, then reports that the the paper tray1 is empty and then that there is a paper jam ( even though there isn't). I have fitted a new toner cartridge, but it does not help.
