Pixma Pro 100 cart or head problem?

My printer is going down the toilet. Shortly after a PC refill, changes occurred in print quality until cayan completely disappeared from a nozzle check. Cartridge flows well if I pull the filler plug. Can't get it back no matter what I do. What would make the color completely disappear?
