Plugged - Even
I have had this issue occur many times in the past and I usually end up re-imaging in order to resolve the problem.
It seems to occur with any of the HP printers that utilize the HP USB port.
Windows XP SP2 and/or SP3
If I plug the printer into the USB port, before installing the software (I KNOW DONT DO THIS RIGHT
)
Windows will install USB Printing Support, once that occurs no matter how many times I remove the printer, uninstall USB Printing, remove it from the server properties under printers, I try to insert the CD to install the printer and it defaults back to the Windows USB printing support.
Can this be fixed without having to re-image!?!?
Any answers or help is greatly appreciated.
Thank You
