Brand new out the box Pocket-Jet ( PJ-863 ) printers having issues when printing. Printer is connected via bluetooth on an ipad. The moment i print something paper feeds through then gets jammed and all lights flash. Took another printer out the box and still the same issue . These are brand new . The " Brothers " iprint & scan app is downloaded onto the tablet, and thats how you print your documents . App was removed and re-installed and still issue is present. Customer Service has been no help whatsoever.
Has anyone experienced this type of issue with these printers ? Please only assist if you have personally gone through an issue like this with these model printers. Also tried hard-wired USBC to USB cable into a desktop with the same issue . Paper feeds into the printer and when trying to print gets stuck/ jammed. There is really nothing online for these printers as far as troubleshooting them.
