I need to print a poster board 43,18 x 68,00 cm on my SC-P800.
I set paper size 43,18 x 68,00 cm on the printers and loaded poster board, then in windows 10 and word 2019 I set origin as poster board and format as user definition size 43,18 x 68,00 cm and in the preview is all perfect, but when I print the printer write only elements in 3 cm on the left of the poster and all the rest of the poster is blank.
Why this?
