If you find that the HP Laserjet P1005 printer troubles you with the Windows 10 driver issue, use these tips to resolve your printer problem easily.

1. In case your printer connects to the computer via a USB cable, unplug the cable from the printer.
   
   
2. Power off the printer and on again and ensure that it is in a ready state. Look for devices from Windows and then select Devices and Printers from the list of results.
   
   
3. Right-click the printer icon for your printer and then select Remove Device.
   
   
4. In case multiple icons exit for the printer, delete them all. Prior to installing the driver, link the printer to the computer or to your wired or wireless network.
   
   
5. Look for change device installation from Windows and then select the Change device installation settings Control panel setting in the list of results.
   
   
6. Click the Yes option and then tap Save Changes. Look for devices in Windows and then select Devices and Printers from the list of results.
   
   
7. Select Add a printer. A choose a device or printer to add to this PC window gets displayed.
8. Choose it, tap Next and then use the on-screen guides to install the driver.
9. You can use your printer to print a sample document to check its performance.
