Printer not printing

My printer has sudddenly stopped printing it is a Brother DCP-J315W Model.
Ihave just checked all the following unplugged both printer and laptop of at the mains Print queue was empty but print job was there to Ran be prinnted Checked all connections Ran cleeaning prgram and changed black ink catridge.Is thre anything else I can check.Thanks
