Printing A7 namecards

Hello,

Wildly searching the internet for some advice. Each year I print around 1000 A7 name badges. Currently printing 4 to 1 A4 sheet and cutting them out by hand.

Does anybody have and ideas how I could refine this process to make it more automated?
