printing emails

when i select to print an email it only prints the heading not the email i have just bourght a new I mac mini M4 annd have an Epsom Expression 640 printer i am in my late 80s and get a bit confused.

are you opening the email before printing?

I do open them some of the emails will print some only print the title is the so thing on those to stop you printing them.

Hi there, sounds like a frustrating issue! Try clicking “Show Details” or “Print Entire Message” before printing sometimes Macs only print the header by default. Also, make sure your email is fully opened before you hit print. Hope that helps!
