Open the image and go to the file menu at the top of the scree, then select print. Alternatively you could just press control P or if you have a Mac it would be command C. Make sure your computer is plugged into the printer or that the printer is on the network.
Connect and install your printer then press ctrl p on your chosen image editing software. If you want to know more on what's in between, you are going to have to be more specific with your question.
