printing on enveloppes

hi guys

i'm new to this forum and i look forward for your help.

actually i've just bought an epson office bx305f and it's the first time that I'm looking forward to print on enveloppes.

the problem is that i just don't know how to do that, that is, how to place the enveloppes in the printer and secondly how to know the enveloppes sizes.

also, if you can explain to me how to make out the outline properly on word for e.g

hello.first you could chose the option in the printer properties that is showed in your computer screen,second put your envelop on your printer manual hand panel,you can find the indicator in your printer,good luck.
