Ricoh 4510dn - inconsistent tray / print output...

We have several users who share a Ricoh 4510dn printer with 2 paper trays. We have multiple printers of this model, only the one is having this issue.

Initially, when some users would print, the printer would display a "paper size mismatch" error, beep incessantly, and not print until someone hit the "feed" button or otherwise acknowledged the error.

We worked with GFI and they had us enable duplex for the two paper trays.

Nobody here prints 2-sided, but turning duplex back off recreates the original problem.

After this, we have one user who is having an odd issue. When he prints a document from MS Word, and selects the Letterhead / tray2 option, Word is defaulting to 2-sided printing. The document then prints on the wrong side of the letterhead paper.

Other users connected to this same printer do not have this issue when printing letterhead.

I have verified everyone is mapped to the printer via the same method, using same driver, and that they correctly see the server-side printing defaults.

Any advice appreciated.
