I'm having a small issue with a ricoh 6501.
It was printing just fine when I got an error saying that it needed to restart due to an anomaly (this was like, 3 days ago). Since I work as a graphic designer, we can't afford that much time without a printer, we also have ansc2003, but its not as good as the 6501, and doesn't fit very well for our needs that often.
The first time this happened (2 months ago or so, I think) we fixed it using the 5810 code, but for some reason, this method is not working this time.
Can anyone give me a light on what I should do?
