Hi all,
Our printer has suddenly decided to not print yellow any more (confirmed with color print tests. Cyan, magenta, and black all print flawlessly. The yellow is faded to be almost invisible).
The yellow ink was at 50%, and even after replacing with brand new ink the problem persisted.
Any idea what's going on?
Or any idea where I can find maintenance or service information online for this printer? (Ricoh Aficio C3300). The official manual that shipped with the printer was no use for this specific problem.
