I bough the Ricoh printer last week and was chancing some settings today. When I changed the password I needed to login again. The password field was empty and I changed it to: 'pass'. But when I tried to login again, it didn't work.
I emailed Ricoh and they only want to send a engineer that will cost me like 200 euro, to reset the printer. I don't know what i need to do now and I hope someone can help me or tell me how I can reset it to factory settings by myself.
