I have a Ricoh Aficio SP 311SFNw printer and I noticed whenever I scan anything to my PC and the print it out, the image is always much darker than the original. This is also apparent even when I copy documents directly from the printer. The copy is much darker. I've played around with the image quality and density settings but even that produces no positive results. What could be the cause?
