I'm a noob here, so forgive me.
I have been tearing my hair out with a Ricoh c3002. It doesn't have a button for printer on the home screen, and it doesn't appear to let you make programs for printing. Just options for Copier, Scanner, and Document Server. Moreover, the stickers on the buttons to the left have a conspicuous blank spot where a printer button might belong.
Is it possible that it's locked down to these functions at the hardware level, or is it just something that the last administrator turned off? Is there a way to reset completely to get Printing functionality back. e.g. print to USB, etc...
It couldn't have anything to do with the low toner right...
