Hello, I have these two printers are exactly equals.
I started having problems with Gestetner because streak pictures vertically.
Because of this I tried to change the photoconductor unit, but this does not solve the problem (i have spend 300€).
Also change all toner cartridges and not solve anything.
I cleaned the printer inside completely, this not solved the problem.
Restart the photoconductor from the service menu and none of it worked.
After all this I bought a Ricoh CL1000N that had broken sensor waste bottle.
I exchanged sensor from Gestetner to Ricoh and the result is that the Ricoh produces much larger image stripes and folded the print image.
I tried to exchange the fuser unit and has not worked, produce the same stripes.
I'm desperate not know what else to do.
Please I need help.
