Hi, so to make a long story short I work for and IT Firm and we cannot for the life of us figure out this Printer. One of our clients has a MP 6503 that they use regularly to print, and mostly scan. They have scan to folder setup for the majority of their users, and print via LAN. The printer however doesn't seem to want to scan/print at random times, and has constant connection issues. We've replaced the cabling, we've logged onto the printer and fixed a lot of setting to get their scans/prints to work. But this issue seems to pop up every week to twice a week for what seems like all the users, or only some. Has anyone encountered something similar before?
