Hello,
We have a new Ricoh printer/copier/scanner. The bypass tray is set to auto detect. When we try to print a standard legal size envelope, it shows that the size is incorrect. We have to go into user settings each time and find the correct envelope size, print the envelope, then go back into user settings when we're done & change it back to auto detect so we can print other things like labels.
The Ricoh tech says there's nothing they can do about this. I find it hard to believe. The tech said it's probably because they had to use a universal driver to solve some other problems.
Shouldn't auto-detect recognize the size? We didn't have this problem with our previous Ricoh.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you!
