RICOH MP C4503 makes strips

Hello, since yesterday we have had a problem with our printer, it makes strips. What do you recommend? I wanted to adjust the colors, but I could not find it in the service menu. Do you think it is a Cyan drum? Thank you

I found out its cyan drum. I'll try to clean, if not the new drum is too expensive. So I'll have to buy a new printer. Thanks

Have you considered looking for a reputable drum seller on eBay? You can often find items there at a huge discount.
