Hello All,

I have a Ricoh Aficio MP 4000.

Someone sent a print from a website over the network to the Ricoh.

The page PRINTED.

But... since then no other prints are printing.

Upon inspection, under Printer > Spooling Job List, I can see that the print from the webpage (we will call it P2 for ease) is hung in "printing".

I selected it and chose delete.

It has been trying to delete for days.

The printer queue continues to back up with prints.

What I have done:

Powered off and on again.
Powered off and on again with no network attached (yes, the print is stuck on the Ricoh, not on the end user machine nor on any network switches/routers/hubs/etc.)
Pulled the HD and the Memory while powered off.

None of these options are clearing P2 from the spooling job list. It just keeps coming back as "Printing" and when I say to delete it says "Deleting".

I attempted to go into SP mode to access Printer SP.
When the SP Mode window appears, I have the option to select SP System, SP Scanner, SP Document, SP Printer, etc.
When I press ANY of those options... the system just beeps at me and does not give me any access.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
