Ricoh MP5054 - Error code SC865-01

We have a Ricoh MP5054 at the office. We had a power outage and when the printer was turned back on, it reads Error code SC865-01. It looks like it is a hard drive error. Before paying the $600 service call, is there anything I can do?

I've found instructions for similar printers to enter SP mode and format the drive. I cannot find a way into SP mode on this model.
